Again: java_invoke is meant to invoke Java methods. 
questdlg() is an Octave function, not a Java method.

You can't execute Octave functions in Java, much like you can't execute
e.g., MS-Word macros in C++ (and even if C++ would seem to accept them, I
wouldn't rely on acceptable results).
