Hi Reza,
You can move a widget (e.g. the editor) by clicking on its title bar and
drag the widget from its actual position. Whenever the widget reaches a
possible new position a frame is highlighted showing the new position
where the widget would snap in. If this does not happen next to the
command window, make sure the main window is large enough. A widget can
also be made floating (by moving it beside the main window or by
clicking on the button left to the close button (cross) in the top left
corner of the widget.

This feature is not yet implemented.
