Hello,

Is there a mailing list for qtoctave development? Or a gmane news 
gateway? I couldn't find any in the homepage (my Spanish is limited).
FYI, I'd like to contribute a windows binary. I compiled qtoctave with 
MSVC2008Express (I needed attached patch). The binary seems to work fine 
but there is no icon.
