Well, I don't know how object orientation is implemented in Matlab,
but there are some of us who like the concept in general. Remember,
Octave itself is written in C++, not just C. ;-)

I personally wouldn't mind too much if the concept were implemented in
Octave too. Usually it's the old numericists brought up in C and
Fortran who oppose OOP the most; is that the case here? Just kidding.
