Hello,
I'm new to pm3d and can't help you much, but you can 'unset' pm3d by typing
__gnuplot_set__ style data lines
However for combined "pm3d+2d plots" I don't know how to do.
Maybe you could try staying under __gnuplot_set__ pm3d but setting it to
explicit,
and then play with
__gnuplot_plot__ ww with lines
Good luck!
