Neural Networks in octave

Hi:

 I would like to know which is the best way to work with neural networks in 
octave. I have found some old messages in the list but may be the information 
is out of date. I have also find

but I would like to know the opinion of some experienced users before choosing 
octave or matlab (and his neural network toolbox).
