C++ libraries

Hi,
  I am building an application using borland C++ in windows. I have
lots of matlab code that has to be converted to C++.

Can I use the octave include files and libraries in my c++
application to use functions like fft in my c++ program. Does octave
have C++ libraries similar to matlab C++ libraries?
