HPC has octave-2.1.73 for Mac

Gaurav Khanna has updated his website

  http://hpc.sourceforge.net/

to include binaries for octave-2.1.73 with octave-forge. Installation
instructions are on the web site.

He built the binaries with OS X 10.3.9, to get around the "dispatch" error
seen with binaries built with OS X 10.4.5. This should enable all Mac users
to get the latest octave running. Thanks Gaurav.
