octlink.sh missing?

If I'm posting this in the wrong place, please point me in the right 
direction.

I've just built octave from CVS and now I'm trying to get octave-forge 
to build. Unfortunately, it seems that octlink.sh is missing from the 
admin subdirectory. I can't seem to find any references to it in the CVS 
archives. Any thoughts?
