Hi,
It appears that Octave ignores the starting directory set in the properties
of its shortcut icon under Windows. On the other hand, a colleague tells me
that this problem does not occur when Octave is launched from its entry in
the Start menu. Has anyone else experienced this sort of problem? Is there
a way to create a shortcut icon that'll launch Octave in the desired
directory?
Thanks,
Peter
