Can anyone please provide an answer to some or all of the questions below.

1.What is the standard samples per second used by octave for signals such as
the sine wave, etc.?
2. Can one send for loop commands one line at a time to octave or does one
have to use a script or function file to handle for loops?
3. How are individual vector elements are indexed?
4. What is the maximum and minimum vector size for octave?
5. How can one do the scaling commands for plotting?
6. pulse trains, phase shifting, amplitude, and frequency?
Do one have to construct each segment of the signal and add them
together?
