pipe-gnuplot

I have got octave running on the cygnus b20.1 platform.  Everything seems to be 
working just fine, except I can not get pipe-gnuplot to compile.  Does anyone 
have a binary of piupe-gnuplot compiled for cygnus 20.1, or know how to compile 
it
?

Any help would be greatly annreciated.
