quad user function arguments?

Hi,

I need to use the quad function on a pretty complicated function which has
a set of arguments.  I guess I could rewrite my functions so that they use
globals.  This seems a little clumsy.  Is this the only way that I can
pass arguments to the function to be used in quad?
