Probability tools and book

Slightly off subject:
Can anyone direct me to a web site(s) that discusses and review how to
use octave probability tools?

Secondly I looking for a book that has lots of problems w/ solutions
that covers probability, random variable and stochastic operations. I
currently using a book writtern by stark and it's  not good.
