ANNOUNCE: Octave Version 2.0.14 released

Octave version 2.0.14 is now available for ftp from ftp.che.wisc.edu
in the directory /pub/octave along with diffs from the previous
version.

Most bugs reported since the release of version 2.0 have been fixed.

A number of new features have also been added since the previous
release.  A summary can be found in the file NEWS that is available in

and http://www.che.wisc.edu/octave/NEWS-2.html.

Octave is a high-level interactive language primarily intended for
numerical computations.  It is mostly compatible with MATLAB.
