I just updated to 2.0.13 and found that help -i no longer works. I get a
message like

Octave, version 2.0.13 (alphaev56-dec-osf4.0d).

octave:1> help -i fft

            [--directory dir-path] [--file info-file] [--node node-name]...
            [--help] [--output output-file] [--subnodes] [--version]

            [menu-selection ...]
error: help: unable to find info!
error: evaluating index expression near line 1, column 1

It worked fine with 2.0.9. Any thoughts?
