help -i in 2.0.13

I just updated to 2.0.13 and found that help -i no longer works.  I get a 
message like

Octave, version 2.0.13 (alphaev56-dec-osf4.0d).

octave:1> help -i fft
info: unrecognized option `--index-search'

octave:1> 

It worked fine with 2.0.9.  Any thoughts?
