Q: Building octave with gcc-2.7.2

Hi there,

even if I'm the 20.000th to ask this question ... I didn't find another
place to ask for it:

I was trying to build octave-1.1.1 with gcc-2.7.2 and libg++-2.7.1 on a Sun
Sparc20 system. It seems to me that liboctave does not work with the
ANSI complex number template that is used in libg++. At least the compiler
is complaining about line 59 of .../liboctave/mx-defs.h where

>-------------------- SchnippSchnapp -----------------------<
class Complex;
>-------------------- SchnippSchnapp -----------------------<

is given saying that it was declared different in
.../gnu/lib/g++-include/Complex.h

Thanks a lot for any hint

mali
