I really can't imagine why you would send a nuclear testing chain
letter to the help-octave mailing list, but, since you did, I wrote an
m-file that will stop all nuclear testing.  I ran it this morning and
I haven't noticed any nuclear testing since.  I am so glad that you
were able to send the message to the appropriate forum.
