Thanks for mentioning this, I just now upgraded Debian 11
(bullseye) to Debian 12 (bookworm) now!
After doing that, I had to do
$ sudo apt-get install build-essential debian-goodies libgccjit-10-dev
before upgrading Emacs.
The distro should do that automatically but, for whatever
reason, in the case of libgccjit-10-dev, it didn't.
