One idea:
(add-hook '<appropriate-hook> (lambda () (with-current-buffer "*Kill Ring*"
(browse-kill-ring-update))))
but I have no clue which hook would serve you best. There does not seem
to be a hook like e.g. `post-kill-hook', or does it?
