WARNING: Transferring GNATS services to gnu.org

The planned transfer of all the GNATS development related services from
sources.redhat.com to gnu.org is going to start on Thursday (whatever
your local time zone is:-).  Some of the services may not be available
for a day or two, hopefully not longer.  This concerns the CVS archive,
bug tracking system, mailing lists, and web pages.

I'll send an announcement with references to the new locations when the
transfer is done.
