Hello Adrien,

please, find appended a screenshot of an Eclipse project that works on my 
computer.

The path to the GLPK DLLs is set in 
Project properties -> Java Build Path -> Libraries -> glpk-java.jar -> Native 
library location

The glpk-java.jar reference was created with button "Add external jar".
