Hello Heinrich,

Thanks a lot for your rapidity,

Check_jmi.bat was firstly not running because the JAVA_HOME system variable was 
set to the JRE instead of the JDK.

After the modification check_jni.bat works well, but the error still occur when 
I call my project.
According to System.getProperty("os.arch") I use an amd64 version.

Does this work ( it should run some test cases):
open cmd.exe
cd F:\Solvers\glpk-4.52\w64
check_jni.bat

Is Eclipse calling a 64 bit Java runtime?

Which value do you get for
System.getProperty("os.arch")
