[Help-glpk] Configure --with-zlib missing or ommitted in GLPK-4.47

Hi Andrew,

It seems that  --with-zlib missing or ommitted in GLPK-4.47. It is
present  in GLPK-4.45 (I have not checked GLPK-4.4.46). I have checked
the configure.ac of 4.47. It was not there.

Any reason why it is ommitted / missing?
