I can add this file format to Gusek, but I'm unsure about the code 
syntax highlight. Andrew, can I assume that graphs.pdf, pages 16, 41 and 
54, fully describes this GLPK (.glp) format? Probably we'll need adapt 
(or buikd) another scintilla lexer for this files.
