I downloaded Math-GLPK-Solve-0.05.tar.gz from
http://qosip.tmit.bme.hu/~retvari/perl-modules/

and have a look what is inside.

Gabor, use SWIG as well. Hence, you can use glpk.i, etc. files to make 
java-glpk bindings.
