I suggest we keep the “parameters” group, since it encourages users
to dump the complete set of simulation parameters in the H5MD file.

Naming the group after the specific program was already suggested by
me a while ago, and rejected, which was a good decision. The name
of the program is stored in the “h5md” group. Storing parameters
in “parameters” makes it straight-forward for users to locate
the parameters for any program, even if the group's organization
differs.
