Note that in the presence of deduplication, the daemon overestimates how
much it’s going to free.  So usually it ends up freeing a bit less than
what you asked for.

As a workaround you can run “guix gc -F8G” a couple of times or run
“guix gc -F9G”, something like that.  :-)
