Thanks for this - it works for me too, so I will apply it tonight or
tomorrow.

I think it's questionable, though, to include generated HTML files in
a standard guile-doc distro, since it increases the downloaded size
quite a lot, so I don't think that the EXTRA_DIST line is needed.  If
I took out the EXTRA_DIST, are there any other lines that could be
removed?  (I don't speak automake very well.)
