this is strange, it's working for me. perhaps you can try to load
netnsd kernel from the ufs image you sent.

loopback loop (hd0,0)/ufs
multiboot (loop)/netbsd
boot

ufs is better placed in non ufs partition.

If this works, then it means there is still bug in the ufs driver.
