[Groff] grog bugfix

Hi groffers,

I made a bugfix for grog.pl.  It integrates the handling of macro definitions 
and fixes trouble with @address@hidden

Unfortunately I could not transport it with `git push origien master'.  I 
always get the error message:
error: unpack failed: unpack-objects abnormal exit
To git://git.savannah.gnu.org/groff.git

This occurs also with new git clones.  I appended the fixed grog.pl file.

Could someone please try to add this file to the groff git repository?
