You can also obtain a copy of the 'alpha' groff HOWTO from
http://www.ucalgary.ca/~dprovins/.  It is focussed on using the 'ms' macros,
but also includes discussion on using references, equations and
pictures as well as how to modify or add to the 'ms' macros.
