Yo All!

Well, it's always something. Adding UBX-MON-RF to the output of
a ZED-F9P causes the txbuf to overflow...

It sends this error to gpsd:

gpsd:IO: <= GPS: $GNTXT,01,01,00,txbuf alloc*61
gpsd:WARN: NMEA0183: TXT: Error: txbuf alloc

UBX-MON-TXBUF confirms the problem:

gpsd:PROG: UBX-MON-TXBUF
gpsd:INFO: TXBUF: tgt 0 limit 0 pending    0 usage   0% peakUsage   0%
gpsd:INFO: TXBUF: tgt 1 limit 0 pending 12390 usage  99% peakUsage  99%
gpsd:INFO: TXBUF: tgt 2 limit 0 pending    0 usage   0% peakUsage   0%
gpsd:INFO: TXBUF: tgt 3 limit 0 pending    0 usage   0% peakUsage  19%
gpsd:INFO: TXBUF: tgt 4 limit 0 pending    0 usage   0% peakUsage   0%
gpsd:INFO: TXBUF: tgt 5 limit 0 pending    0 usage   0% peakUsage   0%
gpsd:INFO: TXBUF: tUsage  99%, tPeakusage 101%, errors 0xc0, reserved1 0x00
gpsd:WARN: TXBUF: alloc 1, mem 1

Peak usage 101%!

The serial port (target 1) is overflowing, not the USB port (target 3).
So at least the USB can be made to work. More to come...
