I think it is the serial-tegra 
(https://cateee.net/lkddb/web-lkddb/SERIAL_TEGRA.html) as the hardware 
is an Nvidia Jetson Xavier NX with tegra194 SOC. Kernel was built with 
SDK and the driver is not a module.

Nov  5 12:39:25 mission kernel: [    1.528740] 3110000.serial: ttyTHS1 
at MMIO 0x3110000 (irq = 48, base_baud = 0) is a TEGRA_UART

A minute's worth attached. Looks like it initially worked but then lost 
track of the speed as I was seeing before.
