Ubxtool and sending binary to the gps

I was given the following codes to send to a Navisys GR8013W (u-blox 8) which supports PPS. Is ubxtool able to send the two commands to the gps? I presume these would be UBX-CFG-TP5 commands or is this likely to be the binary protocol they use?
