depends on what control your looking for, whats supported by your gps.
For example: turning off the gnss receiver. So from my application I should be able to send command to the gnss receiver to perform certain functions like turning it off.
again, dunno it depends on your gps, os, connection method.
we are not going to design your project for you, your gonna have to determine your goals, prioritize them, then begin learning how to do them, then build your code...
