Hi,
I'm using gpsd a long time with nmea0183 data on a raspberry pi and a
tTP-Link MR3020. Runs perfect.
Now I want to test some things with nmea2000.
There is a small hint in the gpsd-documentation " Under Linux it can
read NMEA2000 packets through the kernel CAN socket."
Is there any information available how to do this on a BeagleBone or a
Raspberry?
What additionally hardware is needed?
There are some can-shields available, but they seem to support only 11
bit addresses and not the long addresses used in NMEA2000 and J1939.
Regards
Victor
