This topic started off about time keeping receivers.  Any u-xlox
8 or above will perform the same in timekeeping.  They are all better
than the 50 ns a Pi can measure.

OTOH, if you have an atomic standard, you can tell.

The US Military designed the GPS signal to be very hard to find, unless
you new the tricks.  On obfuscation was putting GPS L2 is a band reserved
for other uses.  If someone with the right to the band interferes with
GPS, there is nothing anyone can do about it.

OTOH, the L5 is reserved for GPS, and anyone interfering can be fined.

But as a practical matter, it has never been a problem.  Those Russian,
and trucker, jammers are a problem.
