I agree we should release soon.  There are a few bugs I would like to
correct on the Windows side of things before we release.  Also, I want
to make sure the nib/gorm changes have completely stabilized prior to
the release.

Additionally, for the Windows packages the default theme should be the
WinUXTheme and not the NeXT theme on that system.
