Altering links with testbed

Hi,

I'm trying to alter links through the testbed API to simulate a hard
network disconnect of one of the peers in the context of CADET. 

I tried with these, but no luck:
 * GNUNET_TESTBED_underlay_configure_link not implemented
 * GNUNET_TESTBED_underlaylinkmodel_set_link not usable
 * GNUNET_TESTBED_peer_stop evokes standard service disconnect

Do you have any recommendations on how to proceed?
