Hi,
I am writing this because as a result of the efforts of previous GSoC students
and the recent
"stabilization" of the REST API [1] there is an opportunity to build a
cross-platform UI for GNUnet in
addition to our Gtk+ front-end.
The goal would be to combine our Web-UI [2] with a webextension [3] (the one in
this link was previously
registered by me for re:claimID but can/should be repurposed).
This little project has the advantage of not requiring detailed knowledge of C
or GNUnet while at the
same time has potentially large impact on usability.
In general, the task would include
1. Create the webextension from the UI
2. Propose/implement necessary non-existant REST APIs
3. Changes to the web UI (if you want, changes in framework etc is also fine)
I simply do not have the time to do this atm, so it would be great of somebody
is willing to pick it up.
