I believe a good thing would be for somebody to dig into the GNU gettext
documentation at this point and add gettext (internationalization) to GNUnet.
This should require moderate C/C++ skills and some learning of GNU gettext,
as well as some messing with the build process. Finally the result should be
documented such that we can maintain it (in particular, add translations).
That should be a moderately difficult problem for someone new to the code.
