Yes, if you have a DNS server that always has the latest IP address. Then you 
can tell GNUnet to query the DNS server periodically for IP updates. The NAT 
box must also forward inbound traffic to the real host.

Principally, yes. But for that, code would have to be written.

The more frequent your NAT box changes its IP the harder it will be for you to 
get connections to other hosts. I'll put on my list an addition to 
gnunet-stats to print the external IP that is currently advertised by GNUnet.

You may also want to use a fairly small number for HELOEXPIRES.
