I guess my question is: Can gnunet handle an external IP address that
changes every few hours and NAT at the same time?
Since the answer to that could be: No! Can I use some form of traceroute
command to automatically update the IP?
Further Info That might help

Can I use gnunet? Yes it works OK locally.
BUT I can't see anything on the internet. I use an ADSL modem on
gnu/linux/redhat with an external IP address that changes with each dialup.
My local addresses are 192.168..... and get to the internet by NAT, I'm told.
I'm trying 0.4.2 (beta) and the error(?) shown is "warning: not connected to
any hosts, can not forward query" when "gnunet-search GPL" is done
