[Gnugeneration] Extending Progress Reports Deadline

Hello,

It was holidays season, not everybody was around, I was busy finishing my GNU 
Generation project, TinyOgg, hoping that I'd be able to include it in my 
progress report, so I didn't send my report within the time limit.

I was wondering if FSF is willing to extend the progress report deadline to 
the next two days so I (as well as the members who haven't sent their reports 
yet) can send ours.
