[task #15570] Operator to group rows with special scaling

Hi Li, thanks for your interest in this. 

We don't have such a function yet in Gnuastro. But if you want to see how the
Table program interprets the various row and column selection operations (see
the
[https://www.gnu.org/software/gnuastro/manual/html_node/Operation-precedence-in-Table.html
Operation precedence] page in the manual for the list of existing operations),
see the code in 'bin/table/table.c'. 

For the time being, you can use a simpler kind of grouping (for example
log-scale). The Voronoi example may be a little too complex to start with ;-).
