This bug has been fixed in Commit cd39401fdc
<https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuastro.git/commit/?id=cd39401fdc>.
The low-level fix above also helped fix task #16074 and allowed all
command-line options in Gnuastro that may be given RA and Dec to also accept
sexagesimal coordinates.
The most recent version of Gnuastro (with this, and other tasks/bugs
added/fixed), along with its up-to-date manual can be downloaded from the
