Hi Raul,

Can you provide the `wcs.h` file from wcslib installed in your system, usually
stored in `usr/local/include/wcslib/wcs.h` path if your installed wcslib from
source(if installed in any other way provide the file from that path).

It would also be better if we can continue this discussion further in bug
#58623.
