Follow-up Comment #3:

The TPV->SIP conversion for both the forward and reverse coefficients is done.
For the purpose of modularisation, task #15675 was opened so that it can be
implemented later on more completely. The code for both of them can be seen in
this <https://gitlab.com/sachinkumarsingh092/gnuastro-test-files> repo. The
headers from both the `astropy` output and the test Gnuastro library are shown
