Details:
The output of the Fits program's `--datetosec' option shouldn't depend on the
host's timezone. However, I recently found out that infact it does: when the
system's timezone changes, the output (number of seconds since 1970/01/01,
00:00:00) also changes!
I am now working on the solution.
